Yes, the poem is:

When halts my earthly roundabout
And music dies
And lights go out
Bury me not in sickly mould
For earthly worms to plunder
But sink me deep by diamond head
My coral spray shall be my bed
And sea flowers blossom, white and red
Ten fathoms under
There shall I lie
While sunlight seeps
Down through the green and crystal deeps
And watch the shadows of the ships
That pass upon their courses
And see the silver tritans ride
Shoreward upon a silver tide
Blowing on pearly horns astride
Their foam white horses

I don't rememer who its by or where its from though.

Jon.
