My cousin Janet said her grandpa used to sing this song. But she doesn't know it's correct title and author. Thanks! in advance for any help!!

When the golden hue October
tells us we have time to spare,
we will take our pigs and chickens
and go hokey to the fair

Coka cha lunk cha lunk cha laley
Coka cha lunk cha lunk cha lay
Coka cha lunk cha lunk cha laley
Hi ho chicky why won't ya lay

We will take our pies and jellies
and our quilts and favorite pig
and won't they say the dickens
when they see us dance the jig

repeat chorus
