I have been searching for a poem studied in high school in 1959/1960 from a book entitled "Invitation To Poetry", published byThe MacMillan Company of Canada. I do not know the name of the author or the title of the poem but I think it went something like this:
Old winter with an angry frown,
Restationed on his head his crown,
And grew more obdurate,
As rumors everyday had flown,
From some officials near the throne,
That he might abdicate.
If any one has any knowledge of this poem could you please post it here or e-mail me. Thank you.
