Kipling: On Becoming A Man

Hi,
I've been asked to find a poem by Rudyard Kipling called "On Becoming A Man" and I cannot find it. I can't get to a library, so maybe you can help me? It's possible that it's not the title, but the first line of the poem. Any help would be appreciated.
Jennifer

Sure your're not looking for his poem 'If'? It ends 'You'll be a man, my son'

It sure fits the theme. I'll ask the person who asked me, thanks for now!

The title of the poem is "IF" , by Rudyard Kipling
Too long to write here but the first line is:

"If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs and blaming you;" ------

The last line is:
"And---which is more---you'll be a Man, my son!"

You can find the complete poem on this Website @eMule.com(The Poetry Archives).
-- Coincidentally, I was just looking it up for my mother.
