I have moved this over from a redundant thread. Can anyone help?

I would like to know what Natalie Wood is saying about Spendor in the Grass in the final scene of the movie: "Splendor In The Grass" It is when she is leaving in a car with her girlfriends and it ends like this.

Find Strength In What Is Left Behind.

I do not know what the rest is. And also is there a Poem called

Splendor In The Grass.
Thank you for your help.
