  1. The adjective 'jubilatory' describes the language of irrepressible love. Do you think this describes the language of the first three stanzas of the poem?Why.
    1. How is the atmosphere of heat abd passion created it the first part of the poem?.
    2. What is the change of perspective and atmosphere in stanzas 4-6?.
    3. What is the "old question" the snake hangs on the almond tree?

I agree with you, this poem is very hard to understand. I have tried to figure it out for at least half an hour now but I am still not sure If I got it right.
