What is it, why do they say,
when i was your age i had
to walk ten miles to school,
you could get five king-size candy bars
for a nickle, i learned to swim
when i was five, i had a job when
i was nine, it was so safe you
didn't have to lock your doors.
we couldn't walk ten feet away
from the porch. why do they
say when i was your
age i was just like
you.
