can someone help my with the meaning of this poem by william wordsworth. I also need help with the meaning of the poem it is a beauteous evening, calm and free.

Hi.........
I would like to ask you a question about the this poem.
Discuss the poet's tone or attitude towards his subject, his audience or himself. Is his attitude playful or serious ( solemn), mocking or respectful (or admiring), calm or excited etc... almost all the elements of poetry help to indicate the tone of the poet: language, imagery, simile, irony, etc...

Please help me if you can.
