HELP! canonical poem on racism/status/apartheid needed

My teacher wants me to find a poem by an old "well-known" poet on apartheid - stuff about separation because of race or status. But all the poets she suggested seem to be old white guys and I'm having trouble finding any comments on this kind of stuff in their writings. I really need help by Sunday (6th Feb). Thanks!
