ok, this isn't a homework assignment, but i do need some help. i am writing a story taking place in roughly the 1500's and i need to write a love poem from one character (male) to another (female). i want it to sound classical, and most of them rhyme and i'm horrible with writing poems that rhyme. also, i want to work in Jasmine (the flower) as it's the female characters favorite flower.
thanks for your help in advance.
ok, well, nevermind, i figured it out.
Under moonlight’s silver glow
Heavenly grace so far below
She wanders through the stars that fall
Embodied perfection, Glory enthrall
The stars pale beside her face
Wreathed in beauties fair embrace
Her visage aglow with Celestial light
Surrounded by fragrance, glistening white
I wonder if she could possibly know
That I, no more than a humble crow
Do adore her more each day
And always here, shall I stay.
I want to write apoem for theman i love to convince him that i love him for that i need your help pl describe 15th centuries.
I don't see how describing the 15th century will interest him, unless he's a historian of that period. Or is he a cricketer who has just achieved that praiseworthy milestone in his batting career?
If you tell us a little about him, maybe some of us here can get you started on some lines for a suitable poem.
