Scansion of "A Dream Within A Dream"

I need help with the scansion of "A Dream Within A Dream", i believe this poem is in closed form due to the syllables of each line varying between 6-7, also the rime scheme. But can anyone tell me what else about this poem makes it closed. What type of meter is it? And so on

Any help is deeply appreciated

James

this poem is in closed form ...

It's not a fixed form that I am familiar with (sonnet, limerick, rondel, etc.), but what is your definition of a 'closed form'?
