Francesco Petrarch- Canzoniere Poems

Hi I need some help finding out when Petrarch wrote Sonnet 12 and 35 in the Canzoniere? I know that they were wrote so long ago that it might not be possible to find the exact dates but anything would help. Thanks.

I couldn't get that link to work, for some reason.

Google shows Sonnet X written about 1330, so can we assume XII was shortly thereafter?

Makes me wonder if Petrarch's Laura is where Pasternak got the idea for Zhivago's Lara poems.
