Hello :-)

I'm studying leaving cert English (Ireland's A-levels) and have a problem. I'm profoundly deaf and don't follow any of my school classes well, but I get particularly lost during poetry - there is just no lip-reading in that class! My teacher is working on Wordsworth at the moment - does anyone know of a website where I can get good analysis of his poetry?

Thanks.

Jean.

Jean, you have to take each poem that you are studying and try to find analysis of it. This website might help you:

It's been a long time since I did my leaving but I'm sure this site is up to date.

Jean, don't let your hearing prevent you from getting the most out of school.

An interesting selection of poems there, thanks. They do not include the actual poems themselves, unfortunately, but that is probably due to copyright considerations. Laregely, although not completely, an Irish flavor in their choice of authors.
