Can you post the whole poem, to make it easier for someone to help you? Do you perhaps mean the poem that begins:

The world is too much with us, late and soon

Here is my rough interpretation of this poem i hope it helps...
The world has always been and will always be to much for us.
We are enthralled by these worldly possessions
therefore do not see the wonder of the world around us. There is so much for us to take, easily and freely.
We have thrown away these options and gifts presented to us
things around us the beauty and majesty of the ocean and moon
The cry of the wind which wont let up
all of these are not within our grasp because we take them for granted. The grandeur is there , we must only take it. But must wake it inside of ourselves first.
we are not right with the world
we have no appreciation for what god has given
why cant we appreciate the world how it was meant, made by you
So i can bask within the glory of what you have made
I long to know what it is like
Being able to change who i am, and what i am
Or hear the call of what truth is.
