Interpretation of Robert Frost's poem called Design

I need an interpretation of Robert Frost's poem Design for a speech that I have to give after spring break.

Design by Robert Frost

I found a dimpled spider, fat and white,
On the white heal-all, holding up a moth
Like a white piece of rigid satin cloth-
Assorted characters of death and blight
Mixed ready to begin the morning right,
Like the ingredients of a witches broth-
A snow-drop spider, a flower like froth,
And dead wings carried like a paper kite.
What had that flower to do with being white,
The wayside blue and innocent heal-all?
What brought the kindred spider to that height,
Then steered the white moth thither in the night?
What but design of darkness to apall?—
If design govern in a thing so small.

Hey girlfriend. I know I've been reading mine over and over again and can't really interpret it. Well since I'm sitting right next to you. I'll just humanly talk to you if you get what I mean because I don't.
