Help me because I would the summary of this poetry by thomas wyatt because monday I will have an interrogation and I don't know a lot and speak little english

In this poem the author speaks of contrasting
situations...He is in love...
He feels ecstacy..he "soars" into the sky. At the same time he feels he is a prisoner...
Trapped by his emotions...

In short he feels the strongest of human emotions (love) which brings him both joy and pain.
