Documenting the feelings of a moment lived

Documenting the feelings of a moment lived

Your whispers linger
In my ears, reaching within;
Touching each particle of my being;
Sinking deep into the realms of sensuality.

Goosebumps tickle my soul,
Move my sleeping senses to a yawn.
Parts, combined to compromise me, try to
Reach out for the unreachable, drastically failing!

Suddenly a moon shines,
A sun rises and deludes the ambiguity
Of dawn, the whisper and the ticklish sensation.
Left to be lost among the turbulent waves of life, I float!

A wonderful title for a marvellous read! Thank you for sharing.

I leave this piece feeling, quiet.

It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it. (Aristotle)

KQ

"A sun rises and deludes the ambiguity
Of dawn"

thoroughly enjoyable -- nicely done

may all your moments be as wonderful!

The poem gives me a strange feeling of the moment. And I agree with Les a lot. That last line was really good.

Thanks Percival, John and all! The floating I state is not really peaceful in the sense that it is a prolongation of a "hanging in between" state of being!!! I'm glad it gave you a sense of peace and quiet, though!
