T'is but a thread that holds us
A splinter far from insanity!
Desperation is a question
That we try to defy with faith;
To believe in the spirit of rain,
To warm its cold with sun rays,
Yet keep the dry moisture within!
Yesterlove, I watched the sunset
Of tremendous emotions,
Wither from heat to vapor.
Yesterpassion, I witnessed
The eruption of lava
From an embittered heart
That is ours, to smother and soothe.
Yestermorrow is ours despite
The will of all winds, my earth!
And when I land, we land,
Nothing will bear the explosion!
I liked passages of this one..especially this one
Tis but a thread that holds us
a splinter far from insanity!
I have felt that way many many times....have we all!!
Thanks for the comment; I guess we all have!
