A book
Of Japanese poetry,
Open
On a stand,
Unread
And unreadable.

A sculpture,
Curled around
The edge
Of the book.

His hesitancy
Starts
And stops;
The poetry,
The art
Starts
And stops
Everyday.

He cannot see.

They do not
Go away.
