I thought it was &copy& but it isn't, so could anyone tell me how to get this into my posts? thanks

Ben, I understand your concern, but you don't really need to use the symbol anymore. Read this:

However, if you feel compelled to use it. Just cut and paste this.

If you are using Windoze, you can access the Character Map to cut-and-paste the ascii symbols. Or, just hold down the Alt key and type 0169 on the numeric keypad; let up on the alt key and will magically appear. Similarly, alt+0174 will produce . It is probably the same on Apple, but I am not sure.
