Who is the author?

I am giving this from memory and am sure there are errors. Anyone know the author and the period in which it was written?

You that have faith to look with fearless eyes
Upon the tragedy of a world at strife,
And know that out of death and night
Shall rise the dawn of ampler life.
Rejoice, whatever anguish rend the heart
That God has given you the priceless dower
To live in these great times and have your part
In freedoms crowning hour
That you may tell your sons who see the light
High in the heavens, your heritage to take,
I saw the powers of darkness take their flight
I saw the morning break.

Thank you
Brian

The poem was written by Owen Seaman. For a brief bio, look at:

I am looking for a poem.. I don't have much of it, but it has to do with "dreaming of you" also included in it are the distinct lines of dream 108 or dream walk 108. I know the last line ends with dream walk 108.... Anyone have any idea where this is, or who the author is, or the whole poem, I would appreciate it. Thanks
